Yes, normally we make samples first for customer confirmation. After sample approval, we will start mass production.
Yes, we can provide inspection reports for material chemical components, mechanical properties, metallurgical reports and dimension reports for each sample and shipments. If further report needed, we will provide according to customer agreements. PPAP is available by request.
The sample lead time for casting and forging parts is normally 4-6 weeks. And production lead time 4 weeks.
And for CNC machining parts and fabrication parts, the sample lead time is 2-4 weeks. And production lead time is 3-4 weeks.
If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
For tooling and sample cost, the payment term normally 70% down payment and 30% on sample approval by T/T.
For production payment, 50% down payment in advance, 50% final payment before shipment.
We always use high quality export packaging. We design different packing size and material depends on different products and customer requirements. Carton, plywood case/pallets, and steel pallets normally applied.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts.
